Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. celery, minced (optional)
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
Makes about 4 to 6 sandwiches.
