Beef Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small jars dried beef
    2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion, optional
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Accent seasoning
Preparation
    Grind dried beef in food processor or blender. Set aside. Soften cream cheese, add all other ingredients. Mix some of the chopped beef into this mixture. Keep enough beef to roll the cream cheese mixture in. Shape into a ball and serve with crackers.
