Lemon Broiled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) fryer, quartered
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and brush with butter. Place on rack in a broiler pan, skin side down.
Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over chicken.
Broil for 20 minutes, brushing with some of the remaining butter frequently.
Turn and broil until brown and tender, brushing with remaining butter occasionally.
