Date Nut Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. marshmallows
    1 lb. dates, pitted
    1 lb. chopped walnuts
    1 lb. graham crackers
    1 c. coffee cream
Preparation
    Roll graham crackers into crumbs.
    Cut the marshmallows into the cream and let stand while you roll the graham crackers.
    Cut dates into cream.
    Add nuts and graham crackers all but 1/3 cup of crumbs.
    Mix until it can be made into a roll.
    Roll it into the 1/3 cup of crumbs.
    Put in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Slice and serve with whipped cream.
    Do not bake.
