Molasses Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick soft margarine
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. flour (3 c. for batter, 1 c. for board)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. molasses
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Mix up 1 cup flour at a time. Save 1 cup flour to put on wax paper.
    Put batter on waxed paper and knead well.
    Pinch off a piece of dough about the size of a lemon, then place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 5 to 10 minutes.
