1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped (optional)
3 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 large eggs
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. liquid cooking oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. frozen blueberries or 2 small cans

Lightly grease muffin pans with Crisco using your fingers. (Dorian liked using the large Texas-style muffin pans his grandmother bought him because they make bigger size muffins.) Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
