Herb Cornbread Stuffing(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
1 c. chopped onion
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 c. cornbread, crumbled
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sage
2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
1 c. low sodium chicken stock
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in margarine.
Mix all ingredients except chicken stock.
Add chicken stock and toss until bread is moistened.
Place in nonstick baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
If dressing appears dry add more chicken stock.
