Japanese Fruit Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 sticks melted margarine
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix eggs, margarine, sugar, vinegar and vanilla in blender and then in bowl; stir in coconut, pecans and raisins and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Frozen coconut is best if you can find it.
