Ingredients
    1 c. fat-free plain yogurt
    1/2 c. light sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (reduced calorie)
    2 to 3 oz. Blue cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    chives
    parsley
    dash of paprika
