Cream Of Wheat "Corn" Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked regular cream of wheat
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sweet milk or buttermilk
    1 whole egg
    1 Tbsp. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil (not corn oil)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 in a well-greased pan until done.
    For muffins, grease and flour muffin tins.
    Makes about 1 dozen.
