Easter Fair Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. flour (approx.)

Preparation

Put 1 1/2 c. flour in a bowl - make a \"well\".
Add 2 whole eggs and yolks of 4 eggs.
Stir with fork.
Add enough flour to knead.
Make it firm enough to roll.
Divide into 4 pieces.
Roll paper thin.
Partially dry.
Stack and cut into thin strips. Finish drying.
