Buffet Slaw Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. pkg. lemon or lime jello
2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cold water
1 c. pineapple juice
2 c. cabbage, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2/3 c. carrot, grated
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in salt, lemon juice, cold water and pineapple juice.
Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into molds or square pan. Chill until firm.
