Hot Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies, drained
1/2 c. green onions (including tops)
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
salt and pepper
1/2 c. picante sauce
1 1/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 c. milk
6 eggs
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Layer cooked sausage, chilies, onions and picante sauce in dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Gently pour over layered mixture in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
