Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    white or brown long cooking rice
    onion
    ripe tomato
    bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Brown chops in canola oil.
    Place 1 heaping tablespoon rice on each browned chop.
    Add 1 slice tomato, onion and pepper to each chop.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with water; simmer until water is absorbed and rice is done.
    Add a green salad and rolls, and you have a very good meal.
