Sour Cream Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. drippings from roast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine flour and salt.
    Gradually add drippings.
    Stir in wine.
    Cook over medium until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Stir in sour cream and heat through, but not to boil.
    This is an excellent gravy to use with all kinds of roasts.
