Tuxedo Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) bow tie pasta
    3 Tbsp. butter, divided
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved and cut into bite size pieces
    4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced (about 1 c.)
    1 zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. chopped red, yellow or orange bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    3 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese (3/4 c.)
Preparation
    Cook pasta, drain and keep warm.
    In large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add chicken and mushrooms, cook about 5 minutes or until golden brown; stirring often.
    Add zucchini and bell pepper; cook about 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.
    Add wine and lemon juice; simmer one minute. Remove from heat, stir in basil and remaining butter.
    Add pasta and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; toss to mix.
    Place on platter to serve, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
