Hamburg Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) mixed frozen vegetables
    1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 stalks sliced celery
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/4 c. orzo
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute meat; pour off any fat. Put all vegetables and seasonings in a pot. Save orzo until soup has been simmering for about 1 hour. Add orzo and cook until soft. Season to taste.
