Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large cabbage leaves
2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1 white slice of bread
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
1 small garlic clove, crushed
Preparation

Cook cabbage leaves for 5 minutes. Cook butter and onion for 5 minutes. Add tomato, brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; set aside.
