Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. coarsely crushed crackers
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cans salmon, drained and boned
Preparation
    In a medium size bowl, beat eggs. Then add the next 6 ingredients and mix well. Add salmon. Shape into 12 patties, 3-inches each. Fry in a skillet until browned on both sides. These are good baked in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
