Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. instant onion or 1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground thyme or poultry seasoning
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) drained mushroom stems and pieces
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    In 1-quart baking dish, combine and mix well.
    Cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally unti rice is tender and bubbly.
