Zucchini Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 zucchini (about 6 or 7 inches long)
    1/4 lb. bulk sausage or lean ground beef
    1 slice wheat bread, crumbled
    1 tsp. instant onion
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1 egg
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, divided
Preparation
    Wash and trim zucchini.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out center of zucchini; save pulp.
    Cook meat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
    Drain off all fat.
    In a bowl combine all ingredients, only 1/4 cup of cheese.
    Toss to mix.
    Fill each zucchini half with mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake 5 minutes more.
