Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 pt. strawberries, halved
1 c. rhubarb slices
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
Add to combined fruit and lemon juice; toss lightly.
Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine oats, brown sugar and flour; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
