Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. buttermilk
12 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation

In a large skillet, melt butter; add onion and cook until tender.
Add meat and heat until brown.
Stir in flour, mushrooms and salt.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add soup; simmer an additional 10 minutes.
Stir in buttermilk and heat to desired temperature.
Do not boil.
Serve over cooked noodles.
Serves 4 to 6.
