Potato Salad(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, cooked and diced
    2 eggs, boiled and chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 sticks celery, diced
    1/2 onion, chopped
    6 to 8 radishes, diced
    1 to 3 dill pickles, diced
    1/2 c. olives, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    no-fat mayonnaise (as needed to moisten)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and chill.
