Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork ribs
3 c. raw rice
2 small onions
2 stalks celery
2 Tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper to taste (approximately 2 tsp. each)
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Brown meat in hot fat.
Remove from skillet; add flour to fat and brown.
Return meat to skillet; add 3 cups water, rice, onions, parsley, celery, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook 1 hour over low heat.
Stir several times.
