Spinach Balls(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen spinach
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
    6 beaten eggs
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 c. Parmesan/Romano cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach for a few minutes and drain well.
    Mix all ingredients, refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Form into 1-inch balls. Bake on ungreased pan 15 to 20 minutes until a little brown at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
