Quickie Sponge Cake(Do Not Separate Eggs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large eggs (2 c.)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. potato starch
    1/2 c. cake meal
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    rind of orange
    rind of lemon
Preparation
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Put eggs in 4-quart bowl and place on top of warm part of stove for 1/2 hour.
    (Eggs must be room temperature or warmer.)
    Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes.
    Add sugar and beat 5 minutes more.
    Gently fold in juices, rind, potato starch and cake meal into egg mixture.
    Pour into 9-inch tube pan and bake 50 minutes.
