Deep Dish Cheesed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
5 to 6 potatoes, boiled
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Melt the butter in a skillet.
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Peel potatoes, slice, then place a layer in a well-greased baking dish.
Mix the onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.
Sprinkle over the potato layer.
Add another layer of potatoes.
Combine the eggs with the sour cream and pour over the potatoes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
