7-Minute Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites (unbeaten)
5 Tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. white corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Mix ingredients in top of double boiler.
Place over boiling water; beat at medium speed until blended.
Then go to high speed and mix until it stands in stiff peaks.
Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla (optional).
You really need 2 batches of this to ice a 2-layer cake.
