Chicken Boyah(Makes About 10 To 15 Gallons) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pounds chicken, bone and remove skin
    4 pounds beef or oxtail
    8 pounds potatoes
    3 pounds carrots, cut up
    1 pkg celery, diced
    1 20 oz pkg peas
    1 16 oz pkg corn
    1 9 oz pkg green beans
    2 medium cabbages, cut up
    4 onions
    6 46 oz cans tomato juice
    1 lemon, juice only
    8 each chicken and beef bouillon cubes
    4 Tbsp salt
    3 Tbsp pepper
    2 gallon water
Preparation
    Boil over open heat for 20 minutes. Skim off grease.
