Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 medium green pepper
    2 c. tomatoes
    5 c. beef broth
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1/2 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium zucchini (6 to 8-inches)
    8 oz. tortellini (meat)
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients except for zucchini and tortellini for 3 hours; then add 1/2-inch slices of zucchini and tortellini. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
