Yellow Rice And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. saffron-tinted rice
    3 chicken breasts
    6 chicken thighs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place rice in bottom of well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    (Regular white rice may be used, but yellow rice is attractive.)
    Cut chicken breasts in halves.
    Arrange chicken pieces over rice, preferably in one layer.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Blend the three kinds of soup together with milk.
    Pour over chicken; top with potato chips and then pour butter over all. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 2 hours or until tender.
    Makes 8 servings.
