Hot Cheese And Sausage Dip(For Added Zip Use Hot Italian Sausage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed, bulk pork sausage or ground turkey
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup/sauce
    1/2 c. water
    chopped green onions for garnish
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook sausage and green onions 4 minutes or until sausage is browned, stirring to separate meat.
    Spoon off fat.
    Stir in soup and water.
    Heat until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
    Pour into heated serving dish or fondue pot.
    Garnish with green onions.
    Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, bagel chips or tortilla chips for dipping.
    Makes about 2 cups.
