Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag sauerkraut
    1 c. chopped peppers
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped carrot
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut well.
    Add listed ingredients.
    Mix well with a fork.
    Store in airtight bowl or jar in the refrigerator.
    Let stand 24 hours before using to let flavors blend.
