Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced peaches
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Put peaches on the bottom, draining off some of the liquid.
In separate bowl, mix flour, sugar and baking powder. Add egg and mix until it is in small clumps. Scatter over fruit. Drizzle with margarine. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
