Creamy Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Graham Cracker Crust (see below)
3 eggs, separated
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice or reconstituted lemon juice
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until
light and creamy.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and rind and pour into crust. Beat egg whites until
foamy,
then\tgradually
add 1/4 cup of sugar; beat until stiff and
spread
on
top
of pie.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown.
