Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. croutons
Preparation

Steam zucchini and onions for 20 min. Combine with soup, sour cream, carrots and croutons. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese just before you take it out.
