Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3 to 4 c. mashed potatoes
3 c. shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix taco seasoning with drained ground beef.
Layer in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Put 1/2 of cheese.
Then layer mashed potatoes and top with remaining cheese.
Heat at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
