Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/3 c. Egg Beaters
    1/4 c. canola oil
    3 c. shredded raw carrots
    3/4 c. raisins, softened in water
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift first 6 ingredients.
    Stir yogurt, pineapple, Egg Beaters and oil into flour mixture.
    Stir in raisins, carrots and walnuts. Pour batter into floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
