Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour with baking powder, salt and soda; cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add alternately with flour to creamed mixture.
Stir just until well blended.
Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
