Chicken Diable - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer chicken, cut up
4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) margarine
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Wash chicken pieces and pat dry.
Melt margarine in shallow baking pan.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Roll chicken pieces in mixture to coat both sides, then arrange meat side up, in a single layer in the same pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
