Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

rye bread or rye Triscuits, both broken in small pieces
1 pkg. lo-fat kielbasa sausage
Bavarian style sauerkraut, drain and save juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a square or round casserole dish, layer the following: rye bread or Triscuits, pour 1/4 cup sauerkraut juice over it, add sauerkraut to cover bread, add slices of kielbasa, add Swiss cheese. Repeat: bread/Triscuits, juice, sauerkraut, kielbasa, Swiss cheese.
Cover with lid or foil and bake 40 minutes.
Serves 4 to 5.
