Stir-Fry Chicken And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 green peppers, sliced
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 onion, diced
    1 slice minced gingerroot
    1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation
    Marinate chicken 20 minutes in sherry and soy sauce.
    Heat wok with oil.
    Add minced ginger root and garlic.
    Stir-fry chicken until lightly brown.
    Remove from wok.
    Add green peppers.
    Cook with onions, then add mushrooms.
    Finally, add back chicken.
    Add cornstarch to broth.
    Add to wok to thicken.
    Serve with rice.
