Microwave Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. quick cooking oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. wheat germ
    1/3 c. sesame seed
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1/3 c. honey
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Microwave oats in large dish
    on High for 2 minutes. Meantime, combine all dry ingredients.
    Mix oil, honey and vanilla together.
    Remove oats and combine with dry ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add liquid mixture, stirring until well blended. Roast in microwave for 13 minutes, stirring several times.
    Remove from oven.
    Cool and stir occasionally to break up granola.
    When cool, place in covered container.
    Serve with milk, adding raisins, if desired.
    Delicious with ice cream or yogurt!
