Finger Quiche(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) pkg. low-fat cottage cheese
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 small onions, chopped and sauteed in margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

In large bowl, combine in order given.
Grease 9 x 11 or 9 x 13-inch dish with 2 1/2 teaspoons margarine.
Pour mixture into dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool slightly.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
These can be frozen and reheated in microwave.
