Garlic Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
8 red potatoes
8 cloves garlic, chopped
4 medium red onions, quartered
1 large red pepper
Preparation

Combine, in a large bowl, the oil, lemon peel, salt, pepper, rosemary, potatoes, garlic, onions and red pepper.
Toss well. Spread in jelly roll pan.
Roast at 450\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
