Quail In Trenchers - cooking recipe

4 quail
salt and pepper
flour
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. chicken stock or bouillon
12 sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
4 large halved hard rolls
Preparation

Scoop centers of rolls out.
Butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and toast.
