Manuella'S Artichoke Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can artichoke hearts
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese (Parmesan)
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 raw eggs
    3 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. pure olive oil
Preparation
    Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
    Add bread crumbs, cheese and eggs.
    Let stand.
    Chop garlic fine; saute in oil until soft.
    Add mixtures.
    Stir until heated all over.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in extra crumbs and cheese.
