Microwave Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cauliflower florets
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. oil
    parsley to taste
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
    3 tsp. raspberry preserves
Preparation
    Combine cauliflower with water.
    Cover tightly and microwave until crisp-tender (about 6 to 9 minutes) the vinaigrette of raspberry, vinegar, raspberry preserves, oil and parsley to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
    Drizzle over cauliflower.
