Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
potatoes
1 c. milk
8 oz. jalapeno cheese
6 oz. garlic cheese
1 small jar pimento
bell pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in casserole dish.
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and pour in buttered dish.
In pan boil milk and cheeses. Pour on top of potatoes.
Top with pimento and bell pepper.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until green peppers are tender, about 25 minutes.
